Refund policy
How refunds may apply when a booking is canceled or a service fails.

1. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be issued if a service is canceled before confirmation or if the service provider fails to deliver the agreed service, subject to verification.
2. Processing time
Refunds, when applicable, may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment method.
3. Partial refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be processed based on service completion status.
4. Non-refundable cases
No refunds will be provided for completed services unless there is a verified service failure.
